eXpelled

So I watched the movie Expelled (Ben Stein) last night, it really got me thinking. I started to think more deeply into the idea of Social Darwinism, the idea that the strongest and the best will survive in a "man made" natural selection. It would seem this idea makes sense, it does to me. We see it all the time, the most educated and the hardest workers move up in the world, red heads are dieing off (Sorry guys), and other things in life seem to go unhinged using the idea that the strongest survive.

Social Darwinism though, in its purest form, attaches no basic value of Human life to it. We are born, we live, then we die. The strongest survive and the weak die out, we should all understand that and get on with it. If the poor are no longer able to feed themselves, so be it, you have lost the game and have become a victim of natural selection. In this idea of natural selection, Hitler wasn't crazy at all. Hitler just took natural selection into his own hands because he thought the Aryan race was the dominant race. Charles Manson had the same idea too, is he a lunatic? Or has he just took the idea that the weak must die out too far?

Joseph Stalin had it right when he exterminated MILLIONS of his own people, as a result, the Russian economy boomed because now the population was under control and MILLIONS of new jobs just opened up, and there was more money to go around! The funny part is, if we practiced this in America, our economy would be fixed, we don't need a bailout, we need an extermination!

Now I hope you know that I'm joking of course, because in reality, we hold value to human life. We were built in with these different emotions for sympathy. So when someone needs a little more help to get by, we spare our change, or buy them some food. We don't regard Hitler or Stalin as good people, because they don't have the right to take other peoples lives away. Yet with Social Darwinism, what right do we have to our own life? After all, we are born, we live, and we die. So what if someones speeds up this process for me? So where then do we get our values in life? I don't think anyone needs to be taught to take value in things. We are all programed, long before we were ever born, to have these emotions and in the same way we were all given inherent rights before we were conceived. Social Darwinism teaches us that we don't have inherent value, and these delusions have taken hold in the minds of people like Hitler, Stalin, and Manson of the like.

So where do you hold your value in life?

Here's to unnatural selection,
Brad

Speaking of extermination, im thinking about starting a new plague, wanna help?
I got it all figured out, all we needs is a little bit of smallpox, (which is easy to get at any top secret government agency) and then...... well i tell you the rest in a more secure location. i dont trust these blog sites they're all out to get us -teaming up with big brother and such, we need to get them instead, which brings me back to my plague...
